SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites is seeking a motivated Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) to join our kitchen brigade and learn under the Executive Chef across multiple sections. You will support the Chefs de Partie, prepare mise en place, handle seasonal regional products and contribute to high-quality dishes in a five-star setting.

Competenze

• Completed culinary training or initial professional experience in a kitchen.
• Passion for high-quality cuisine and regional products.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Independent, careful and reliable working style.
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• High quality standards and attention to detail.
• Very good German or English skills; Italian is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
• Work across different kitchen sections and learn various processes.
• Prepare the mise en place for daily service.
• Assist with Tasting Cube experiences and cooking classes.
• Carefully handle fresh, seasonal and regional products.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and HACCP standards.
• Handle food and working materials carefully and efficiently.
