Hotel Post Gries in Bolzano is seeking an aspiring chef to join a well-coordinated, family-run kitchen since 1937. You will support all stations, handle mise-en-place, and contribute to high standards of freshness and presentation.

We value eagerness to learn, reliability, and teamwork. German language skills are a plus, and accommodation is available on request; Christmas off and a supportive team await you in a warm-house environment.

• Mise-en-place: cutting, portioning and plating cleanly and precisely
