SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites seeks a motivated Commis de Rang to support our luxury service team and guest relations. You will assist senior staff, prepare mise en place, and ensure impeccable service on a 5-star level.

The role entails close collaboration with kitchen and service teams, with a strong focus on development and high standards. Offering a full-time position with long-term prospects, training opportunities, staff accommodation, meals, and exclusive discounts within the SAN SONNEA

Competenze

• Experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy is advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality and enjoying direct guest interaction.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable and precise working style.
• Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage.

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a motivated, attentive and guest-oriented Commis de Rang (m/f/d) who supports our team with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Support the Chef de Rang in managing a service station
• Warmly welcome and attentively assist our guests
• Prepare the daily mise en place and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the service area
• Set and prepare tables for breakfast and dinner service
• Support food and beverage service at 5-star level
• Professionally serve food and beverages
• Pay close attention to individual guest requests and assist with special occasions
• Clear tables and prepare the service area following service
• Work closely with the kitchen, service management and the entire service team
• Show a strong willingness to develop professionally and learn high-level service standards

Your Profile

• Initial experience in service within upscale hospitality or gastronomy is an advantage
• Passion for hospitality and enjoyment of direct guest interaction
• Willingness to learn and motivation to develop professionally
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
