Sentinel Diagnostics in Milan seeks a Project Manager Biotech to plan, coordinate and monitor development and industrialization projects for In Vitro Diagnostics. The role requires 2–4 years in PM within IVD or biotech, strong Waterfall (Agile/Scrum a plus), and English proficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while reporting milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PM with 2–4 years in IVD/biotech or similar
• Knowledge of Waterfall; Agile/Scrum a plus
• Knowledge of IVD regulations and standards
• Technical background in Molecular Biology/Clinical Chemistry/Immunochemistry/Mass Spectrometry
• Fluent English and strong Office suite skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive with ownership and accountability

Responsabilités

• Draft project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress and adjust plans within scope/time/budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues
• Communicate status, milestones and challenges to stakeholders
• Negotiate with customers and manage milestone calls
• Document decisions and track actions in meetings and reports
• Promote best practices and new project monitoring tools
