Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Firenze is seeking a Global Product Manager for Flow Cytometry Routine IVD Assays to drive a 3–5 year portfolio strategy, oversee end-to-end lifecycle, and partner with software, hardware, and solution PMs to deliver integrated workflows.

You will translate customer and market insights into value propositions and go-to-market plans while collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to optimize portfolio performance, travel up to 25% internationally.

Competenze

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life sciences discipline preferred. Masters with substantial industry experience considered.
• 3+ years experience in product management, portfolio strategy, marketing or business development in IVD/Life Sciences/medical devices
• Strong understanding of clinical flow cytometry workflows and ability to engage with R&D, KOLs, and end users
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership in a matrix organization
• Strategic, agile, results oriented mindset with ability to balance priorities and manage multiple projects

• Define and execute a 3 to 5-year portfolio strategy and product roadmap for clinical flow cytometry routine IVD assays.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from opportunity identification to lifecycle management of on-market products.
• Translate insights into product and commercial strategies, defining product requirements and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate across the flow cytometry portfolio with software, hardware, and solution PMs to create integrated workflows.
• Generate actionable market intelligence through competitive analysis and external partnerships to inform portfolio decisions
