Job summary

IQVIA in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Data Management Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. You will guide planning, execution and close-out, oversee budgets, and ensure quality deliverables that meet sponsor expectations.

You will lead training, participate in sponsor meetings, and collaborate with programming to drive process improvements, while ensuring compliant operations and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences.
• 3-4 years direct Data Management experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• English Fluency Spoken and English Advanced.
• Advanced computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Should have Advanced understanding of Drug development lifecycle and overall Clinical research process.

Responsibilities

• Gather study setup requirements through discussion with stakeholders.
• Support validation of new Device integrations with minimal guidance.
• Oversight of regular data cleaning to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Adhere to timelines and SOW; support training of new joiners.
• Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits.
• Track projects, manage progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
• Work with programming team for process innovation and automation.
• Ensure compliance with trainings and eSOPs.
• Contribute to developing, revising core operating procedures and working instructions.
• Communicate with Line Manager and team across functions.
• Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
