Jacobs is seeking an experienced CQV Manager to lead the CQV department in Milan. You will combine technical expertise with project leadership to deliver high-quality CQV projects for pharmaceutical clients and to grow the team across Italy and Europe.

The role involves leading commissioning and qualification activities, developing master plans, coordinating internal and external resources, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring GMP, ISPE and ASTM E2500 compliance.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• At least 12 years in commissioning and qualification in pharma facilities.
• Experience leading CQV/C&Q teams.
• Strong PM and commercial awareness.

Mansioni

• Lead CQV delivery across Italy and Europe within Milan portfolio.
• Manage department resources, workload and project priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor CQV engineers.
• Coordinate internal CQV engineers and external consultants.
• Identify external consultants and manage contracts.
• Support local business development activities.
• Harmonize CQV practices and knowledge sharing.
• Track project performance, progress and risks.
• Coordinate weekly CQV activities with the team.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across locations.
• Travel approximately 50% across Italy and Europe.
