IQVIA in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget while securing customer satisfaction.

You will lead the DM team in study setup, validation of device integrations, data cleaning, and compliance with SOW timelines; drive process improvements with programming; and mentor new joiners while coordinating sponsor and internal study meetings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences with proven data management experience.
• 3–4 years direct Data Management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• English fluency (spoken) and advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced computer applications: Excel, Word, Inbox, etc.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research process.

Responsabilidades

• Gather study setup requirements with stakeholders.
• Support validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
• Oversee data cleaning to ensure quality and timely sponsor deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure service and quality meet timelines per contract/SOW.
• Train new joiners.
• Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
• Oversee implementation of new technology/database revisions.
• Collaborate with programming team for process innovation.
• Adhere to trainings and eSOPs.
• Provide review in developing, revising, and maintaining core procedures and working instructions.
• Communicate with Line Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
