SumUp’s Milan office is hiring a Senior Trade Marketing Manager for Italy to lead retail marketing strategy and drive sell-out across major accounts and partner stores. You will manage a 15-person local field team, coordinate with Business Development Managers to convert demand projects into shelf results, and monitor in-store execution.

Competenze

• Proven experience in trade marketing or retail marketing within the Italian market.
• Comfort leading external teams and agencies with strong coordination.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Fluent Italian and English communication, including clear business documents.

Mansioni

• Lead trade marketing strategy for the Italian market, driving sell-out across major retail accounts and partner stores.
• Manage and coordinate the local field team of 15 people, including a Field Operations Manager, Project Managers and Merchandisers.
• Turn demand projects (promotions, launches, in-store tests) into shelf results.
• Monitor in-store execution and product visibility, building action plans for partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing Development to shape Italy-specific campaigns.
• Oversee external field agency relationships, including performance management.
