Job summary

Amazon is seeking a talented, Italian-speaking New Account Manager based in Milan to support the expansion of the European seller business on Amazon's European marketplaces. You will recruit and launch successful Italian merchants, guiding onboarding, mastering catalogue management and pricing tools, and setting up long-term growth for a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent written and verbal communication in local language and English (C1+).
Experience in account management, sales or a client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with diverse stakeholder levels.
Experience solving analytical problems (data analysis).

Responsibilities

Prospect and recruit strategic Italian retailers to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces.
Guide new sellers through onboarding — mast er catalogue management, pricing tools, and best practices.
Define and continuously improve strategies for attracting and launching new sellers.
Set up sellers for long-term success, driving measurable new business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
