Arrow Electronics seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Italy, building strategic customer and partner relationships and accelerating sales for Citrix solutions and cybersecurity offerings. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors and channel partners to expand market presence.

The role requires direct sales experience in tech, a track record of successful initiatives, and fluency in English and Italian. Travel 30-40% across Italy is anticipated.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute new business sales strategies with customers and partners.
• Manage local execution of EMEA-wide strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders at both operational and executive levels.
• Promote and position Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors including Symantec and Carbon Black.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing teams to maximize Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Support key partnerships to drive business growth.
• Work effectively within a matrix organization and collaborate across teams.
• Travel across Italy for customer visits, partner meetings, events, and internal meetings (approximately 30-40% of working time).
