Talented, a global cybersecurity go-to-market specialist, seeks a Sales Director for Italy to lead the country’s growth, channel partnerships, and revenue performance from Rome. You will align Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations to deliver sustainable market leadership.

The role requires delivering the country strategy, managing partner ecosystems, and driving profitability with executive vendor relationships across local teams.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity or technology markets.
• Strong channel and partner ecosystem experience.
• Experience creating and executing growth strategies.
• Commercially astute with experience driving revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix organisations.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the country strategy for Italy.
• Track country revenue performance.
• Own annual business plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Act as executive owner of the channel relationships in-country.
• Develop executive relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate all vendor-focused resources operating within the country.
