Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Payroll & People Services Specialist to support clubs across Italy, ensuring accurate administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with Italian law.

You will work within Club Support Italy, liaising with the payroll team and maintaining employee records in the HR system. The role requires 2–3 days on-site per week and occasional travel to UK events.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements (CCNL, TFR, leaver docs, forms).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Good written and external communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide people and payroll services to clubs in Italy.
• Support accurate people administration across clubs.
• Coordinate payroll activity and address pay queries with the payroll team.
• Maintain HR systems and employee lifecycle data.
• Ensure processes align with Italian employment law and company policy.
