David Lloyd Clubs Italia SRL is seeking a People Assistant to provide people and payroll services to all clubs in Italy, ensuring accurate administration, payroll coordination and lifecycle activity. This on-site role requires 2–3 days per week in a club and may include ad hoc travel to the UK; you will work with GDPR-compliant processes, Italian payroll rules and excellent customer service.

You will liaise with payroll and HR teams, use HR systems, and contribute to compliant, efficient people

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements (CCNL, TFR, leaver docs).
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality under GDPR.
• Proven accuracy in payroll coordination and HR administrative processes.

Mansioni

• Provide people and payroll services to all clubs in Italy.
• Support accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and lifecycle activity.
• Ensure processes comply with Italian employment law and company policy.
• Liaise with the payroll team to support pay queries across clubs.
• Upload documentation to the HR system and maintain employee records.
• Work 2/3 days per week in a club; travel to UK events may be required.

Your role will be to provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Italy. Supporting accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activity. Ensuring processes aligned with local employment law, company policy and statutory requirements in Italy. You will liaise directly with the payroll team to support with pay queries across our clubs. Also helping to upload all relevant documentation to our HR system to retain team member employment records. *Please note this role requires a 2/3 days a week in one of our clubs and may require ad hoc travel to clubs & events in the UK*

About you

• Fluency in Italian & English language.
• Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements (e.g. CCNL application, TFR requirements, leaver documentation and statutory forms etc).
• Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills.
• Good communication skills in writing and external messaging.
• Experience of handling confidential information and complying with all GDPR requirements.
