David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a People & Payroll Administrator for Italy to deliver people and payroll services across all clubs in the country.

You will coordinate payroll processes, HR system uploads, and employee lifecycle activities in line with Italian laws and company policy. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, experience with Italy payroll requirements, and strong data confidentiality with GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Italian and English.
• Experienced with Italy payroll requirements (CCNL, TFR, statutory forms).
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and GDPR compliant.

Responsabilités

• Provide people and payroll services to all clubs in Italy.
• Coordinate payroll and respond to pay queries across clubs.
• Upload relevant documentation to the HR system and maintain records.
• Require 2–3 days per week in clubs and potential travel to UK events.
