Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a People Assistant to deliver payroll and people services across clubs in Italy. You will manage HR data, support the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with Italian employment law and company policy. The role requires 2–3 days per week on-site at a club, with possible travel to UK events.

Fluency in Italian and English, solid HRIS knowledge, and strong customer service skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Italian payroll requirements and statutory forms.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information in a compliant manner.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide people and payroll services to clubs in Italy.
• Coordinate payroll activities and HR data in the system.
• Maintain employee lifecycle records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law and company policy.
• Support pay queries and liaise with payroll team; upload documentation.
