David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Payroll & People Services Specialist to support clubs across Italy, ensuring accurate administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with Italian law.

You will work within Club Support Italy, liaising with the payroll team and maintaining employee records in the HR system. The role requires 2–3 days on-site per week and occasional travel to UK events.

Competenze

Fluency in Italian and English.
Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements (CCNL, TFR, leaver docs, forms).
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Good written and external communication skills.
Experience handling confidential information and GDPR compliance.

About the Role

The role provides people and payroll services to all clubs within Italy, supporting accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activity. It ensures processes align with local employment law, company policy, and statutory requirements in Italy. The role sits within Club Support Italy and liaises directly with the payroll team to support pay queries across clubs. It also involves uploading relevant documentation to the HR system to maintain team member employment records.

Key Responsibilities

Provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Italy.
Support accurate people administration across clubs.
Coordinate payroll activity and support pay queries across clubs in liaison with the payroll team.
Maintain HR systems and employee lifecycle activity.
Ensure processes align with local employment law, company policy, and statutory requirements in Italy.
Upload relevant documentation to the HR system to retain team member employment records.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Fluency in Italian and English.
Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements, including CCNL application, TFR requirements, leaver documentation, and statutory forms.
Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills.
Good communication skills in writing and external messaging.
Experience of handling confidential information and complying with all GDPR requirements.
