Headout is seeking a Business Development Manager for Italy (M/F/D) based in Rome. You will own partnerships with local operators in southern Italy, from initial outreach through signing, launch and growth.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, and you will collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech and Marketing to move deals forward. You will build a pipeline, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing partner performance to broaden Headout's catalog in Naples and Puglia.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles.
• Comfort negotiating with local operators and managing live partnerships.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• New supply acquisition with operators and experiences, negotiating and signing partnerships.
• Supply growth and maintenance with existing partners.
• Operational execution with cross-functional teams to launch and scale.
• Use market data and partner performance to decide focus.
• Collaborate with other teams and raise blockers early.
