Moneyfarm is looking for a motivated Operations Associate to support our Italy operations team in Milan or Cagliari. The role covers day-to-day processes such as KYC/AML checks, client activation, account closures, and billing support in a hybrid in-office setting.

The position requires Italian and English at a B2 level, strong Excel skills, and strong analytical capabilities. It is a 6-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Italian language at B2 level or higher
• English language at B2 level or higher
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• 1 year of experience in relevant roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and drive to improve status quo

Responsabilités

• KYC and AML checks on activation flow
• Client activation process management
• Account closures management
• Billing support for clients
• Support regulatory reporting (Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate)
• Data quality verification in systems and reporting
