Moneyfarm is looking for a dedicated Operations professional to support business processes in Italy, focusing on client activation management. This role is integral to our hybrid digital service that combines personal investing and technology.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proactive in improving workflows. This position is full-time based in Milan or Cagliari, with a flexible working policy requiring at least 2 in-office days weekly.

Competenze

• B2 level in both Italian and English required.
• 1 year of experience in relevant roles is necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.

Mansioni

• Manage KYC and AML checks on activations flow.
• Handle client activation and account closure processes.
• Oversee client cash inflows/outflows daily.
