Moneyfarm is seeking a highly motivated Operations professional to support our Italy business in Milan or Cagliari. You will handle day-to-day operations processes, KYC/AML checks, client activations, account closures, and billing support in a hybrid setup.

In this fixed-term 6-month role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure data quality, and contribute to regulatory reporting for Bank of Italy and Consob while helping Italian customers with a smooth service experience.

About The Role

Moneyfarm is growing and evolving. We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable professional to support our Operations team and take on day-to-day responsibility for all operations processes relating to our business in Italy. At Moneyfarm we make investment advice accessible to everyone in a simple and transparent way. Whilst we are a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business model is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch.

Main Responsibilities:

• Checks on KYC and AML on the activations flow
• Client activation process management
• Account closures management
• Support customers reporting
• Support to internal stakeholders' queries
• Support billing calculation
• Day-to-day management of client cash inflows/outflows
• Support regulatory reporting (Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate)

Requirements

• Italian, written and spoken (starting with B2 level)
• English, written and spoken (starting with B2 level)
• Solid Microsoft office Excel skills
• Years of experience: 1 in relevant roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and passion for improving status quo

Nice to have

• Use of SQL
• Bachelor's degree (Economic / Accounting / Law)
• Previous experience in client operations management (either in banking or similar industries)
• Self-driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

Level & Compensation:

in line with our career ladder, we will apply Area Unificata CCNL Credito with a estimated base salary (RAL) for this role ranges from €32.232 to € 34.000 gross per year, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.

This role is based in our Milan or Cagliari office and our smart working policy requires at least 2 days of in-office presence per week.

The contract will be fixed term 6 months.
