Moneyfarm is seeking a highly motivated Operations professional to support our Italy business in Milan or Cagliari. You will handle day-to-day operations processes, KYC/AML checks, client activations, account closures, and billing support in a hybrid setup.

In this fixed-term 6-month role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure data quality, and contribute to regulatory reporting for Bank of Italy and Consob while helping Italian customers with a smooth service experience.

Competenze

• Italian written and spoken at B2 level
• English written and spoken at B2 level
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• 1 year of experience in relevant roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and passion for improving the status quo

Mansioni

• Checks on KYC and AML on activations flow
• Client activation process management
• Account closures management
• Support customers reporting
• Support to internal stakeholders' queries
• Support billing calculation
• Day-to-day management of client cash inflows/outflows
• Support regulatory reporting (Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate)
• Support the taxation on Italian customers
• Asset transfer process
• Verify and maintain data quality in systems
• Produce report and metrics
