Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist in Italy for a fully remote role. You will lead merchant onboarding, configure integrations and payment routing, validate APIs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth Go-Live experiences in a fintech/crypto environment.

You will collaborate with international merchants and engineering teams, own production readiness, and translate technical findings into clear actions for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in L2/L3 technical support or senior role in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring to trace transaction errors.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures.
• Proficient with Postman to validate API requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
• Detail-oriented with precise configurations, access credentials, and production environments.
• Proactive, autonomous, ownership of merchant issues.
• Able to learn new docs, systems, workflows quickly.
• Calm under pressure with fast incident response.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to grow toward senior SRE/product/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods.
• Manage API access and production readiness configurations.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing payloads, SQL, logs, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate reported bugs to determine origin.
• Triage issues and escalate to Engineering for fixes.
• Support final verification and production readiness for merchants.
• Communicate findings clearly to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and documentation.
• Remain accountable through resolution and timely execution.
