Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in local language and English.
• Ability to coordinate with distributors and partners across the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in market development and distributor network expansion.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and management of distributors.
• Coordinate and deliver product, business, and sales training programs.
• Support local sales campaigns, promotions, incentives, and customer retention.
• Organize sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and market events.
• Coordinate with HQ and internal departments for seamless operations.
• Prepare regular reports on market activities and distributor performance.
• Perform other market support tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager and Regional Management.
