W EXECUTIVE S.R.L. is seeking a Country Manager for Italy to lead the Italian business, drive growth, and develop the organization under the Managing Director Europe. The role covers strategy, P&L ownership, and multi-site leadership in a multinational services environment.

You will shape medium- to long-term plans, develop key customers, manage acquisitions, and align functions across Sales, Operations, Finance and HR. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in General Management, Country Management or Managing Director roles.
• Experience with full P&L ownership.
• Strong experience in managing and developing management teams.
• Experience in M&A transactions, business integration or opening new locations is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the medium- to long-term strategic growth plan for the Italian business.
• Have full responsibility for the P&L, ensuring the achievement of economic and financial targets.
• Develop new business opportunities, markets and strategic customers.
• Manage and develop key commercial stakeholders and key customers.
• Lead the organizational transformation process, fostering greater autonomy and accountability among managers.
• Develop a scalable organizational structure through the growth of people and internal leadership.
• Coordinate the heads of the main business functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Technical).
• Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration processes.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, operational efficiency and market development targets.
