Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a regional sales lead in Italy to drive performance across regional chains, MDs and operator franchisees. You will own channel KPIs and retail market share, and coordinate with distributors to implement commercial policies locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in regional management.
• Background in consumer electronics preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Italy mobile phone market and operator channels.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• English as working language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns regional sales targets for regional chains, MDs and operator franchisees; accountable for channel sales KPIs and retail market share.
• Maintain relationships and provide day-to-day operational support to ensure rollout and execution of commercial policies locally.
