Retano Solutions LTD in Italy is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to build and expand our client base through cold outreach. You will identify target retailers, reach decision-makers, qualify leads, and develop new business opportunities across the Italian market.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, with collaboration from senior sales and pre-sales teams.

Competenze

• 1+ years in B2B sales or business development in software/IT services.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level outreach.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Willingness to develop negotiation and closing skills.

Mansioni

• Research the Italian retail market and build target lists of medium/large retailers.
• Identify decision-makers and contacts at various levels within accounts.
• Initiate cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up to generate interest and secure initial meetings.
• Qualify leads based on interest, potential, and fit with Retano’s solutions.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and fit with IT products.
• Present company and solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with senior sales and pre-sales through the sales cycle.
• Maintain a medium/long-term pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Support negotiations and follow-up to convert prospects.
• Contribute to proposals and offers, and update CRM records.
• Assist with forecasting and reporting to headquarters.
• Attend industry conferences and events as needed.
