Jointhenation is seeking a Sales Representative for the Italian market who will manage Italian customers and grow partnerships. The role is full-time with partial remote work and a fast-paced, target-driven environment in freight forwarding and logistics.

You will negotiate offers, build relationships and collaborate with the dispatch team to serve customers across Italy and South Tyrol. The ideal candidate speaks Italian and German, is comfortable on the phone, and combines commercial sense

• Speak Italian and confident German.
• Enjoy picking up the phone and approaching people.
• Be able to negotiate and go for the close.
• Think commercially – revenue without margin is not a success.
• Keep going, even when it doesn't work out the first time.
• Work in an organised and independent way.
• English is a plus.
