ARKRAY, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in Italy, selling Lab and POCT products to hospitals and related markets.

The role requires leveraging strong hospital and reference lab networks, deep IVD sales experience, and willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events. You will lead demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate pre- and post-sales activities with internal teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years direct experience in IVD sales is a MUST.
• Strong contacts within hospital and reference laboratory markets.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell ARKRAY products to achieve assigned sales target within Italy by increasing brand awareness and providing professional advice to customers.
• Demonstrate and present ARKRAY products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate field activities during the pre- and post-sales process.
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to represent ARKRAY products.
• Prepare technical reports to participate in tenders or offers and develop plans for upcoming tenders.
• Ensure successful implementation of all products at clinical sites.
• Participate in internal/external clinical evaluations and prepare clinical evaluation reports for customers.
• Assist customers with verification/validation matters to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide market trends feedback to support territory strategies and competitive actions.
• Complete administrative tasks timely (reports, CRM updates, expense reports).
• Manage territory travel cost-effectively and plan ahead per guidelines.
