Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Italian market development strategy for Cells-IA.
• Identify priority regions, hospitals, pathology departments and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, labs, and KOLs.
• Lead reference center development and pilot opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships across public, academic and industry sectors.
• Travel across Italy to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide regular market intelligence and pipeline reporting.
