Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking experienced professionals for roles in Northern and Central Italy. You will manage key accounts, align with sales, marketing, and project teams to identify opportunities, and design customer-centric, compliant solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in Diagnostics (Hematology/He stopped). You will travel up to 50% across Italy, with a focus on excellent communication, presentation skills, and teamwork in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar experience in Diagnostics, Hematology and Hemostasis.
• Experience in cross-functional environments delivering commercial solutions.
• Proficient with Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to operate in a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities, aligning with sales force.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, PM, and Consulting Solutions to identify opportunities.
• Define priorities and support activities based on the sales pipeline with Territory Manager input.
• Analyze customer environments to design suitable solutions.
• Present products and solutions highlighting differentiators.
• Build networks with lab managers and KOLs in the field.
• Support training and development of the sales team.
• Produce reports on project progress per timelines.
