Aliaxis Italia is seeking a Segment Sales Manager to lead the Infrastructure & Agriculture sales segments nationwide. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate a national sales agent network, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director Italy.

You will lead a 3-person team, define strategy, monitor KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service to optimize performance.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B commercial leadership roles.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English; willingness to travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for Infrastructure and Agriculture segments.
• Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets across the segments.
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports and coordinate the national sales agent network.
• Set sales objectives, KPIs, and activity plans; monitor performance and report to senior management.
