GEA Farm Technologies Italy seeks a senior leader to oversee the Farm Technologies business in Italy, leading the management team and building a state-of-the-art sales and service organization.

You will translate divisional strategy into local sales plans, manage P&L, drive market growth, and ensure compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management and/or a technical discipline.
• Additional education in Business Administration and an agricultural background are strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Farm Technologies Italy sales and service organization.
• Own the P&L for all Farm Technologies sales and service in Italy, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate divisional strategy into the country and sales strategy for Italy, ensuring effective implementation.
