ADVANS Group is seeking a Business Manager to lead the strategic expansion in Italy. You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing key accounts, leading negotiations, and building a successful team of consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Engineering, 3 to 7 years’ experience in business management, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The role offers an attractive compensation package and fast career progression.

Competenze

• 3 to 7 years of experience in business management and development in engineering services / consulting industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Mansioni

• Build and develop a portfolio of key accounts.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystem.
• Lead commercial negotiations and proposals.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis.
• Identify, recruit and onboard top engineering talent.
• Build and manage your own team of consultants.
• Supervise project execution in collaboration with technical teams.
