The role requires deep experience in B2B sales, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. Proficiency in English and native Italian are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italian region.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Set revenue targets and quotas for sustainable growth.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee sales process from lead generation to deal closure and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Develop and manage the Italia sales budget and monitor ROI.
