Job summary

Cap Ingelec seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to grow our sales on the Italian market in Lombardia. You will leverage your local network and industry knowledge to identify opportunities, engage with stakeholders, and craft winning proposals.

The role requires at least five years in business development for design and construction projects, fluency in Italian and English, and strong negotiation and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Development position on design and construction projects.
• Strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation.
• Autonomous, organised and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers.
• Manage and develop your network and your business development activities.
• Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs.
• Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract.
• Accompany the customer throughout project implementation.
• Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.
