Page Executive is seeking a Country Manager to drive growth in Italy, based in Milano. You will align local operations with the group’s strategy to optimize profitability, client satisfaction and long-term expansion.

You will formulate regional plans, manage the P&L, and lead a high-performing management team. You will liaise with Global HQ to deploy standards while expanding the Italian market.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• Proven leadership with a track record of results in entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong decision making and goal orientation with strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English is a must-have for international coordination.

Mansioni

• Provide vision and guidance to align with company goals and values.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies leveraging regional presence and supply chain.
• Manage P&L, budgets, financial performance and resource allocation.
