Page Executive is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Italian subsidiary of a global group, assuming full P&L responsibility and reporting to Group management. The role entails defining local strategy, driving revenue and profitability, and developing the organization across a dynamic industrial and services landscape.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for managing teams and organizations.
• Demonstrated success in managing a full P&L and delivering ambitious business objectives.
• Strong commercial experience in capital equipment, industrial solutions, or service-oriented environments.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Define the local business strategy and ensure achievement of corporate objectives through budget management and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop and support the local organization to achieve revenue and EBIT targets.
• Manage and develop the commercial organization, recruitment, and key contractual negotiations.
• Drive sales and marketing to generate new business, expand the customer base, and implement pricing aligned with Group guidelines.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance and report financial results and market developments to international stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers with a visible market presence.
• Interface between local business and Group management, providing market intelligence and strategic insights.
