• Build and activate a trusted network of decision-makers — municipalities, government and defence-adjacent entities, and large private buyers.
• Move opportunities quickly from first contact to signed agreements.
• Act as the primary local contact for Italian prospects, coordinating with leadership on deal strategy.
• Provide market intelligence on local buying patterns and procurement processes.
