Job summary

TalentBridgeCn on behalf of a leading Chinese energy storage manufacturer seeks a regional sales leader for Italy/Middle Asian markets. Develop strategies, manage key accounts and drive revenue across EPCs, integrators, investors and utilities.

You must have 10+ years in energy storage/new energy sales, a proven track record in large-scale projects, and fluent English and Italian for cross-border negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in energy storage/new energy sales.
• Strong overseas market development experience.
• Extensive EPC, integrator and channel networks.
• Fluent in English and Italian for negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional energy storage sales strategies and deliver revenue and market share goals.
• Develop and maintain key clients, including EPCs, system integrators, investors and utilities.
• Build and manage sales channels and distributor networks to drive market growth.
• Lead sales team management, business negotiation, project tracking and order closing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and customer demands to optimize sales strategies.
