CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products such as Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role involves proactive troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth user experience, with full training provided.

You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts under a Portuguese employment contract, with relocation support and holiday bonuses. Italian language proficiency (C2) and English (B2) are required to succeed in this position.
