CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role requires Italian C2 and English B2, with relocation support and on-site work in Lisbon.

You will undergo training on Microsoft products, handle 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, and receive holiday bonuses under a Portuguese employment contract.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2 level are required.
• Experience in IT product support and incident resolution is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon under a Portuguese contract.
