CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, issue resolution and ensuring a smooth user experience.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with full-time hours and relocation support available. Strong Italian (C2) and English (B2) are required to communicate with customers and internal teams effectively.

Competenze

• Italian language at C2 and English at B2 level are required.
• Experience in IT product support and problem solving is preferred.
• Ability to document solutions and coordinate with internal teams.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients for IT products.
• Troubleshoot system performance, configurations and software usage.
