CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist with relocation support to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot configurations and software usage.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts, receiving training on Microsoft products and holiday bonuses under a Portuguese employment contract.

Competenze

• Italian language at C2 level and English at B2 level required.
• On-site work in Lisbon, relocation support available.

Mansioni

• Providing technical support and resolving client issues with IT products.
• Troubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage.
• Documenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
