CBTALENTS in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. You will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure a smooth service experience.

The role is full-time, on-site, with 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, and relocation support. Training on Microsoft products is provided to equip you for the role, and you will document solutions and collaborate with internal teams

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2) are required.
• Experience in IT product support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.

Mansioni

• Providing technical support and resolving client issues with IT products.
• Troubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage.
