CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. This on-site role in Lisbon offers full-time employment, with relocation support and training on Microsoft products.

You will work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, delivering essential troubleshooting and customer-focused service. The ideal candidate will have Italian language proficiency (C2) and strong English (B2), comfortable resolving complex
