CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role involves troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth experience with IT services.

You will receive training on Microsoft products, work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, and benefit from holiday bonuses under a Portuguese contract.

Competenze

Italian C2 and English B2 required.
Experience in IT support preferred.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Mansioni

Provide technical support and resolve client IT issues.
Troubleshoot system performance, configurations and software usage.
Document solutions and collaborate with internal teams.
