CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist with relocation support. The role, based in Lisbon, requires fluency in Italian and English and involves assisting Italian-speaking clients with IT products including Microsoft Intune and Teams.

You’ll provide essential troubleshooting, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams on a rotating 40-hour work week. Training on Microsoft products is included to ensure you're fully equipped for the job.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in technical support and customer-facing IT services.
• Willingness to relocate with relocation support available.
