Cbtalents in Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project. You will support customers in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases, and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.

Remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; relocation support is provided. Competitive salary and relocation assistance available.
