Cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal.

You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases, and turn challenging interactions into positive experiences. This is a remote role, with relocation support for eligible candidates based in Portugal or EU passport holders open to relocation.
